Project 3
STORE FRONT AND INTERIOR
The design intent was to create a platform to showcase designer clothing without the interior design coming in the way and carefully using different architectural elements to enhance the products displayed.
The design uses golden and wooden accents with a white backdrop. Instead of forcefully bringing in decorative materials, the functional elements like the hanging rods, racks and the light fixtures brings in the theme and color.
The white backdrop is further enhance by bringing in textures in the form of exposed bricks and plaster.

RENDERINGS
The floor plan is kept open with a few spaces like the office and the store segregated.
The dressing area uses a blacked-out curtain as a partition that could be opened up making the space feel larger.
Multiple zones are created within the plan to create a sense of space withing the open floor plan
CONDO INTERIOR
The design seamlessly intergrate the kitchen into the living spaces by the careful use of the materials
Due to practical reasons, the kitchen had to be closed off to prevent the odor from entering the main area and hence a non- reflective glass partition was used. This made it appear very open and was lit up by the natural light from the living.
The black marble used in the living was used as the countertop and backsplash and the wood used in the ceiling continues to the overhead cabinetry.
